What is the Trustworthy AI Graduate Academy
- Developed by experts: Developed by educational experts, the program leverages appliedAI Institute's unique expertise in the principles, regulation, development and deployment of trustworthy AI and provides state-of-the-art content that is efficiently delivered.
- Practical exercises: In addition to the trustworthy AI content taught in the training courses, the program is designed as a hands-on experience where participants apply their freshly acquired knowledge to actual AI use cases and ML system development.
- Focused & compatible: For 2 weeks, participants are on site full-time at the appliedAI studio in the new Ipai Spaces and have the opportunity to fully concentrate on the topics. Afterwards, they will work on projects in parallel to their daily tasks for 3 hours per day for another 4 weeks.
Goal of the program
- Application of trustworthy AI (based on the AI Regulation): Risk management, data governance, transparency, human oversight, accuracy, robustness and cybersecurity.
- Compare and contrast different industrial and social AI use cases in terms of their technical capabilities, required resources, regulatory needs and impact.
- Identify and develop different frameworks for the technical development and maintenance of production-scale ML systems.
- Create a prototype of a production-scale ML system, taking into account the principles of trustworthy AI.
